Happy Holidays from Springford Apartments!

The staff at Springford Apartments would like to wish you a Happy Holiday. Our office will be closed from December 23rd to December 26th. We will re-open our office on December 27th at 8:30 a.m.

Springford Resident Holiday Party!

Our annual Holiday Party will be held on December 8th from 5-8 p.m. in our Brighton Clubhouse. We are asking our residents to bring an unwrapped toy for the Dauphin Country Children and Youth. We look forward to seeing all of our residents there!

Holiday Decorations

We love that our residents decorate for the Holidays!

Please remember to keep your decorations on your patio/balcony areas. Also remember that your decorations must be taken down by February 1, 2012.

Happy Thanksgiving!

The Staff at Springford Apartments would like to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. Our offices will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. We will reopen on Saturday, November 27th at 10 am.

Resident Package Acceptance

As a courtesy to our residents, we will accept packages on your behalf however you must have signed the appropriate paperwork in the office. If you have not done so please stop by the leasing office. Please keep in mind that the package must be picked up by the resident to whom it is addressed.

Springford’s Annual Food Drive

Please join us in participating in the Central PA Food Drive for the Holiday season. We will be accepting food donations in the Springford Rental Office until November 15th. The food bank wishes to have the donations by that time so that they can make sure that they can distribute it by Thanksgiving day. We thank you in advance for your anticipated donations.

Resident Referrals

Attention All Residents:

Refer a friend, coworker or family member to Springford Apartments and receive a $100 resident referral bonus. The referral bonus will be deducted off of your rent following the month that your referral moves in.

Trick-or-Treat Night

Trick-or-Treat night is this Thursday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you are a resident and would like to hand out candy, please post your door hanger on your door. Door hangers are provided at the office if you do not currently have one. Have a Happy Halloween!
