Trick or Treat

Spring Valley Apartments (Lower Paxton Township) Trick or Treat night is scheduled for Thursday, October 27th from 6pm-8pm. All children in the community are invited to visit the Spring Valley Rental Office in costume during business hours on October 27th or October 28th to pick up some goodies!!

Pool Passes!

The pool will be opening this Saturday at 11 a.m.  Don't forget to get your pool passes.  If you do not have a pass, you will not be permitted in the pool area.  Keep your fingers crossed for blue skies and sunshine!

Spring Preventative Maintenance

We will be performing preventative maintenance starting today, and continuing through next Friday, the 27th. If you would like your apartment scheduled for a particular day, please call the office at 545-5576.
