The Terraces at Springford is a Pet Friendly Community!

As a pet friendly Community, we allow TWO pets per home (either cat or dog) with an additional pet fee. There is a dog breed restriction, however, as we do not allow Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or a mix of either breed.

The Superbowl is around the corner! If you need a place to gather with friends for this exciting sporting event—as well as any other celebration—rent out the clubhouse at the Bromley Club or the Brighton Club!

Holiday Party Success and a Special Thank You

The Terraces at Springford staff would like to thank all of the residents who attended this year's Holiday Party. We had a great time, and we are looking forward to our next resident event!
 
We would also like to give a special thanks to everyone who participated in our toy drive. With your help we collected a lot of toys for underprivileged children in Dauphin County.

Come celebrate with us at our Holiday Party on Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 5-8 P.M. There will be hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and fun.

We are also having a toy drive for the children of Dauphin County Children and Youth. Residents are urged to participate by bringing an unwrapped new toy prior to December 14, 2009 at 9 A.M.
